Some pets don’t cope well with changes to their routine. They may feel anxious around unfamiliar people, new environments, or other animals.
If your pet is happiest at home, our In-Home Pet Visits are the perfect solution.
While you’re away, we’ll visit your home to care for your pets in the comfort and familiarity of their own environment. This helps reduce stress and keeps their routine as normal as possible.
Home visits are also a cost-effective option for owners with multiple pets. Whether you have a cat, dog, fish, parrot, or a combination of them all, paying for individual care can quickly become expensive. With our service, you pay for one visit to your home, and we follow your instructions to make sure each of your pets is cared for properly.

Price
When you book 1–4 visits
• 30 minutes — £16
• 60 minutes — £21
When you book 5 or more visits
You receive a 10% discount:
• 30 minutes — £14.40
• 60 minutes — £18.90
Travel Area
Home visits are available for clients living within 3 miles of our home address (L10 6LH).
If you live further away, a £2 travel fee per additional mile applies.
The travel fee is calculated per mile from our address (not each way) and already covers the round trip.
Example
You live 5 miles from our address (L10 6LH) and book one 60-minute visit.

• Distance outside free area: 2 miles
• Travel fee: £4

Cats & Small Pets Welcome
Our in-house visits are available for a variety of pets. If you have cats or any other small animals, we’re happy to care for them too.
